Ever wonder what a Victoria's Secret supermodel really wants? We have the inside scoop.

As one of Victoria's Secret's newest faces supermodel Lily Aldridge appears to be on top of the world. We recently met up with the Victoria's Secret Angel to chat life, beauty and everything in between.



What are your top Victoria's Secret beauty picks?
Victoria's Secret has some great lip glosses and beauty products that I love. I think people forget that Victoria's Secret makes amazing beauty products sometimes. I absolutely love Beach Sexy Lotion which is a self-tanning product that all the girls wear so they look tanned. Obviously fragrance is important for every woman as well.

What is your favorite fragrance for day and for night?
I love Victoria's Secret Incredible Fragrance. I always have it in my bag where ever I go. Sometimes when I want to go out at night I like to wear the Bombshell Fragrance but when I'm just going around town I like to wear Incredible.

Scent is very important and very sexy. It is a way to relay your mood to people. Finding your perfect scent and experimenting with it is very important.

What is currently in your beauty bag?
You would find hundreds of Victoria's Secret lip glosses, chapstick, perfume, hand lotion and hand sanitizer. I used Mario Badescu Honey Moisturizer and I actually use Victoria's Secret mini-hand sanitizers. The hand sanitizer's are so cute. They come in pink, purple... all kinds of colors so I have hundreds of those too in my bag.

What beauty products can you not leave home without?
I have this Vitamin-E chapstick from Whole Foods that I can not live without. I buy hundreds at a time and they are always in my purse, in my bed and between my sheets.

They are everywhere really. My boyfriend (Kings of Leon Frontman - Caleb Followill who is now her husband) is constantly telling me to get rid of them because there are like twenty chap sticks in our bed and between our sheets.

Who are your beauty icons?
My beauty icons are definitely Gisele Bundchen and Angelina Jolie because they are not only gorgeous and seem very sweet and nice, they also give back. Giselle is very conscious of the environment and is a UN ambassador and so is Angelina Jolie.

They help refugees, children and people less fortunate. I think people forget that they do not have to do that. They do it because they want to help other people and I think that is inspiring and something all girls should aspire to do.

What is the #1 tip you have received from your mother?
The number one tip I got from my mom is to always wash my face at night. As a model I have a lot of makeup applied to my face so the first thing I do is wash it off so I don't clog my pores. It is something every girl should do.

What is the greatest lesson you have been taught to date?
To always be thankful for everything in life because it is a blessing.

What is your beauty pet peeve?
I do not like seeing people who do not let themselves shine. I think it is so important to be confident in yourself and make sure you are not trying to be another person.

Just because one person is wearing purple eye shadow does not mean you have to. Find what is good for you. Be your own person.

Spaghetti.

My friends.
