Sources say Seal's partying was spinning out of control even on family holidays. The couple have 4 children. The pair were known for their syrupy public displays of affection. That included Seal groaning to Klum during a Victoria's Secret show, renewing their vows every year and always talking about how happy they were together. The statement explained... Miuccia Prada is said be disappointed with a planned exhibit of her work at the Metropolitan Museum of Art scheduled to open in May. It pairs her with legendary surrealist designer Elsa Schiaparelli. Some have warned if plans are not changed Prada's disapproval could turn away important guests and have a negative influence on turnout. She was quoted as saying… "It's too formal; they are focused on similarities, comparing feather with feather, ethnic with ethnic, but they are not taking into consideration that we are talking about two different eras, and that [Schiaparelli and I] are total opposite. [...] I told them, but they don't care."

London
Organizers of the Royal Ascot Horse Races in Britain decided to enforce a strict dress code. They were alarmed the prestigious scene in the Royal area was becoming too much like a nightclub. To their minds the appearance of short skirts, backless outfits, exposed skin and wild hats, all of which are now banned, were disrespectful of the five day equestrian event closely associated with The Crown. Fascinators especially had to go. All head gear is now required to have a base of at least four inches in diameter. According to Ascot spokesman Nick Smith, "It is probably fair to say that the dress code hasn't necessarily been enforced as rigorously as we might have liked. There is no doubt that our customers would like to get back to a situation where it is universally acknowledged that this is a formal occasion and not an occasion where you might dress as you would at a nightclub."

Notorious party girl Kate Moss celebrated her 38th birthday quietly with husband Jamie Hince at a fine Chinese restaurant in London. In the past the British supermodel was known for much wilder extravaganzas. Her 21st birthday bash was a drug-fuelled event thrown by former boyfriend Johnny Depp. Her 30th was just as wild and had a debauched 'Beautiful and Damned' theme. Council officials were called in to control noise levels at her 4 day marathon 35th party. Last year she also enjoyed a low key celebration with a modest trip to the pub and cinema.
